When I got a room on a lower floor and with out really stopping and thinking about it , I started getting a bit prima donnaish , (I think because it was Christmas and really wanted a nice room) The staff could not have been more professional and respectful they had me calmed down ( and little shamed faced ) as well as in a room I was very pleased with in about 5 minutes .
